Fried Rice III
Cooked rice, toasted in a wok with other ingredients.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Place the diced bacon in a hot wok, dry fry (it must release the fat and the aroma) and then remove from the pan
2. Fry the peeled, finely chopped onion in the fat until brown and crispy, transfer to a plate lined with a napkin
3. Put the bacon back in the pan, add the cleaned, finely diced peppers and let them wilt for two to three minutes, stirring constantly
4. Then crack the eggs into the pan and stir them to coat all the ingredients in the pan (scrambled eggs must not form on the base)
5. Stir in the peas, add the fried onions, spices, stir so that the ingredients do not stick together, stir in the cooked rice and fry together for a while
6. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions.
Recommendation:
In some recipes, 1-2 finely chopped chillies are also incorporated into this rice. In this case, we add them to the dish in point 3 of this recipe.
