Fried Pork Schnitzel with Potatoes

There is perhaps no more classic Czech dish than fried schnitzel served with potatoes or mashed potatoes and pickles.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 500-600 g of pork leg or neck 130 g 120 g breadcrumbs 60 g smooth flour

3 pcs egg 40 ml milk pepper salt Attachment: 800 g of peeled potatoes water cumin salt For garnish: 1 piece sliced lemon

Procedure:

1. Wash, dry and slice the pork leg or neck and split into slices, slightly cut on the sides
2. Salt and pepper the meat on both sides
3. Coat the slices in flour, salted eggs beaten with milk and finally in breadcrumbs
4. Fry them slowly on both sides in hot oil until golden brown
5. Keep the finished steaks warm, covered in a slightly heated oven, serve them garnished with potatoes, garnished with a slice of lemon and a pickle.

Preparation of the side dish:
Put the peeled potatoes in water, season them with salt and pepper and boil them until tender.

Recommendation:

You can also serve mashed potatoes or potato salad as a side dish.
