Fried pierogi with Camembert

ingredients

400 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk egg yolk 1 KL baking soda 1 KL salt 200 ml kefir potatoes camembert oil

Syrupy pierogi a little differently…

1.

Make a dough from flour, egg yolk, kefir, soda.

2.

Roll out, cut, fill the pierogi and stick together.

3.

Filling: boil potatoes with cheese, salt and black pepper.

4.

Fry the prepared patties in oil.
