Fried patties of many flavours

Pancakes fried until golden brown from a batter prepared from eggs, oatmeal, milk and plain flour, set with other ingredients.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. First prepare the basic batter; using beaten eggs, milk, plain flour, oatmeal and salt, mix the batter
2. To the basic batter, add the peas, the peeled apple, cut into smaller pieces, the cleaned carrot, cut into smaller pieces, the cheese, the sausage and the dried fruit, mix well
3. Remove the dough by spoonfuls and fry in hot oil, in the form of patties, until golden brown.
