Fried pancakes with cheese filling

Pancakes filled with cheese filling mixed with cream, nuts and spices.

Ingredients:

250 g smooth flour 1/2 l milk 3 pcs egg 2 pcs vacuum salt frying pan plain flour for coating breadcrumbs for coating Filling: 250 g of hard, fatty cheese 1 dl cream ground sweet paprika nutmeg salt

Procedure:

1. Make a batter with plain flour, milk, 3 eggs and salt and let it sit for a while and then fry small pancakes
2. Fill them, fold them in half, press the edges well, coat them in plain flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides. Preparation of the filling:
Finely grate the cheese and mix with cream, ground paprika, nutmeg and salt to taste.

Recommendation:

– Side dish: Vegetable salad.
