Fried Pad Thai Noodles

Asian inspiration in the form of fried noodles with many kinds of Vegetable Recipes and sautéed shrimps. Seasoned with chilli peppers and spicy sauce.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Sauce. Cut all the Vegetable Recipes: peel the carrots and cut them into thin noodles, cut the courgettes into thinner noodles, cut the green beans cooked until semi-soft into thirds, cut the spring onions into rounds
4. Put the soy sprouts, chilli peppers aside on extra plates (for Asian delicacies, a wok is best for frying food)
6. Put a tablespoon of olive oil in the wok
7. Heat the oil and fry the peeled and deveined prawns, lightly salted
8. Add the thinly sliced garlic, finely chopped coriander and parsley sprigs and drizzle the prawns with lime juice while they are frying
9. When the prawns are golden brown, remove them from the pan into an extra bowl and cover them with a plate or foil to keep them as warm as possible
10. Now follow all the other ingredients, which are always lightly salted and sautéed separately in a little hot olive oil
11. When all the Vegetable Recipes are roasted so that they are firm to the bite, prepare scrambled eggs from 3 previously beaten eggs in a little olive oil
13. When the eggs are fried, chop them into small pieces with a cooker and also put them in an extra plate
14. Meanwhile in the next pot we cooked thin rice noodles, they are cooked in two to three minutes, we skim them and put them in a wok
15. In the wok we fry them in a little olive oil, about 3 minutes and pour the prepared sauce over them
16. Stir them well so that all the noodles get the sauce on them and add all the prepared and finished fried Vegetable Recipes to the noodles
17. Mix everything carefully and you can serve the noodles
