Fried mushrooms

Wash the fresh mushrooms and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Put them in salted boiling water for 2 minutes. Leave to cool and coat in a 4-pack – flour, egg, breadcrumbs and egg again. Fry like a schnitzel on both sides until golden brown. Potatoes or salad are suitable as a side dish.
