70 dkg fish fillets 1,5 tbsp butter 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1/8 tsp onion powder to taste salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
procedure

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place the fish on a smaller baking tray brushed with butter. In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, mayonnaise, onion powder and pepper and pour over the fish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with butter

Bake for 20 min. or until the fish can be easily separated with a fork.
