Fried fish fillets in a bun (fish burger)

Cubes of fish fillet wrapped in classic triple wrap, fried until golden brown, served in hamburger buns topped with cheese and mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 4 pieces fish fillet bones

4 pieces cheese slices 4 pcs hamburger buns 2 pcs eggs smooth flour breadcrumbs ground pepper mayonnaise salt frying oil

Procedure:

  • Salt and pepper the fish fillets, then coat them in flour, beaten eggs and finally breadcrumbs, fry them in well heated oil until nicely golden
  • Cut the peas, put in them fried fish fillets and slices of cheese (you can still toast them in a hot oven)
  • Season the inside with mayonnaise and serve immediately.
