Fried fish fillets in a bun (fish burger)

Cubes of fish fillet wrapped in classic triple wrap, fried until golden brown, served in hamburger buns topped with cheese and mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 4 pieces fish fillet bones

4 pieces cheese slices 4 pcs hamburger buns 2 pcs eggs smooth flour breadcrumbs ground pepper mayonnaise salt frying oil

Procedure:

Salt and pepper the fish fillets, then coat them in flour, beaten eggs and finally breadcrumbs, fry them in well heated oil until nicely golden

Cut the peas, put in them fried fish fillets and slices of cheese (you can still toast them in a hot oven)

Season the inside with mayonnaise and serve immediately.
