Fried fish cubes

250 g fish fillets 1 egg 1 tbsp milk to taste breadcrumbs and flour for coating, fat for frying

procedure

Cut the fish fillets into cubes 1,5 cm x 1,5 cm. Dry them and coat them first in flour, then in egg beaten with milk and salt and in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot lard.
