1 pk ermine 1 pk egg some plain flour and breadcrumbs for coating

1. Cut the hermelin into triangles. Coat in plain flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Repeat the egg and breadcrumbs one more time. 2. Heat more oil in a frying pan and fry the ermine in the pan as quickly as possible. If they are in there very long, they will start to ooze out.
