Procedure:
1. 1. Then fry the halves of the boiled eggs in oil, remove them and finally fry the ham cut into noodles in a pan
3. Heat the tomato puree, stir in the peeled garlic cloves and finely chopped parsley
4. Divide the aubergines onto plates, place an egg on each slice, sprinkle with ham and pour the seasoned purée over them and garnish with a piece of parsley.
