Fried Chicken Schnitzel

Czech classic, fried chicken schnitzel served preferably with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:

500 g chicken breast or chicken leg fillets 130 g of fat 100 g of breadcrumbs 50 g smooth flour 3 pcs eggplant milk (water) salt

Procedure:

1. Slice the meat, season with salt
2. Coat the prepared cutlets in sifted flour, in eggs salted with a pinch of salt and beaten with milk, in sifted breadcrumbs
3. Fry the chicken cutlets in hot fat, on both sides, until golden brown.

Recommendation:

As a side dish, we recommend boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes brushed with butter, accompanied by a pickle or fruit compote.
