Fried Chicken Schnitzel, Mashed Potatoes, Lettuce

Chicken leg slices or breast fillets wrapped in a classic tri-wrap, fried until golden brown, served with mashed potatoes and lettuce.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Slice the meat, season with salt
2. Coat the prepared cutlets in sifted flour, eggs salted with a pinch of salt and whisked with milk, and finally in breadcrumbs
3. Fry the chicken cutlets in hot fat, on both sides, until golden brown, put them in a bowl with a lid
4. Serve the fried cutlets with mashed potatoes drizzled with melted butter and lettuce.
Mash potato preparation:
1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into quarters, pour hot salted water over them and boil until tender
2. Drain the water, mash the potatoes and mix well
3. Leave the casserole with the mash on a low heat and add the butter and hot milk, stirring constantly

Preparation of lettuce:
1. Clean the lettuce of wilted leaves, cut into four parts, rinse under running water, drain and tear into pieces
2. Place the shredded lettuce in a bowl and pour the dressing prepared from whisked water, vinegar, oil, sugar and salt over it. Mashed Potatoes
