Fried carp with potato salad

Salad:
500 g boiled potatoes in skin 2 pcs onion 1 pcs leek 2 tbsp white wine vinegar pcs salt pcs ground black pepper 4 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp mustard

Wash the kidneys, add salt, cover with milk and put in a cool place for 2 hours.

Choose, rinse with cold water, dry, lightly salt and coat in flour, eggs beaten with salt and beer, sifted breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in heated oil. Serve on potato salad.

Salad. Cut the onion and leek into rings and add to the potatoes. Pour boiling brine made with 2 dl water, vinegar, salt, pepper and oil over the potatoes. Add the mustard and mix well. Leave in a cool place for 2 hours.
