800 g carp 60 g hard cheese 2 pcs egg 2 tbsp breadcrumbs 2 tbsp plain flour pcs oil for frying pcs salt

Cut the carp into larger pieces, season with salt, coat with flour, egg beaten in milk and breadcrumbs mixed with grated hard cheese. Fry in hot oil. Serve with potato salad.
