Fried carp in batter

600 g carp 2,5 dl milk 2 pcs egg 100 g plain flour 150 g oil to taste salt

step

1. In the milk, whisk the egg and enough flour to make a thin batter, into which dip the salted portions of carp and fry them immediately in the heated oil. 2. Serve with potatoes or mayonnaise salad.
