Fried carp horseshoes

ingredients

1 pcs carp gutted 2 pcs egg 10 tbsp breadcrumbs 5 tbsp plain flour 300 ml milk 1 KL salt

step

Carp is suitable for the Christmas Eve table. 1. Cut the gutted carp into horseshoes. Soak it in milk to lose the fishy smell. 2. Then coat the carp in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. 3. Then fry the fish in a frying pan in hot oil.
