We had carp from a fishing friend, but we didn’t have breadcrumbs.
1. Clean the carp, cut into horseshoes. Coat in triple coating (plain flour, egg, breadcrumbs), but use crushed chips instead of breadcrumbs. 2. Fry the horseshoes in hot oil on both sides.
