Fried camembert
ingredients
4 pcs camembert 2 pcs egg 1 cup breadcrumbs for coating a little oil to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 pinch of grill seasoning 4 tbsp cranberry compote
procedure
1. Coat the camembert in the egg seasoned with salt, black and grill seasoning. Then coat in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in a frying pan in hot oil. 2. Serve the Camembert with cranberry compote, jam or steak sauce.
