Fried Bread Stuffed with Hermel

Slice of bread interspersed with ermine, coated in seasoned beaten eggs, fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:

8 pcs slices of aged bread 2 pcs herrmels 2 pcs eggplant 2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk ground white pepper frying oil salt

Procedure:

1. Cut hermelines in half
2. Cut the bread slices into rounds of the same diameter
3. Place a slice of hermelin between two slices of bread and press everything together thoroughly
4. Dip the prepared pieces in eggs beaten with milk, salt and white pepper, place in hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Recommendation:

Serve with vegetable salad as a light dinner.
