Fresh Tuna Tartare

Tatar steak made with fresh raw tuna, lemon juice, brandy, shallots and capers, seasoned with salt, pepper and coriander.

Ingredients:

500 g of raw fresh tuna 20 pieces 1 pc of shallots 1-2 tbsp brandy 1 tbsp capers juice of 1 lemon ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Add the lemon juice, brandy, chopped coriander, finely chopped shallots and capers to the tuna and mix thoroughly

Recommendation:

Serve the steak tartare prepared in this way with toasted slices of white wine.
