Fresh strawberry dessert

5 pcs eggs 100 g powdered sugar 120 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk baking powder
Yahodova stuffing
3/4 kg strawberries 3/4 litre water 2 pcs golden cob 1 pcs vanilla sugar

1/2 litre whipped cream

The dessert is fine, refreshing for these summer days.
1.
Separate the egg whites from the yolk and beat.Add the sugar to the beaten egg whites and whisk.Then progressively whisk in the yolks.Finally, stir in the flour and baking powder .

Pour the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Spread evenly and bake.

In between, boil the ripe strawberries in water.Let them drain.

Then add the golden cob,vanilla sugar and about 2-2.5 dl of water and sugar to taste.Cook the strawberry pudding.

Pour the still warm pudding on the prepared sponge cake.Let it set.

I have used the Parisian whipped cream in a tub from Sabi.It is excellent for such cakes.Whip

Spread over strawberries and decorate.
