Ingredients
4 servings 500 g fresh spinach 0,50 pcs. 1 tbsp. onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp. sunflower oil 1 tbsp. butter 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
Recipe preparation step
1 Wash the spinach thoroughly, drain, remove the stiff stems and chop. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Heat the oil and fry the onion for about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and after half a minute add the spinach.
TIP: Cooking the onions
2 Fry for about 5 minutes, if the leaves look stiff, add 100 ml of water and sauté for a further five minutes. Season the spinach with nutmeg and serve immediately.
