Fresh pâté of tilapia

ingredients

pk olive oil 200 g tilapia (or other fish) pk ground black pepper pk salt pk pepper of four colours 1 pk lemon 1 pk spring onion 200 ml cream 2 tbsp dijon mustard 1 can tuna in olive oil

You can use any other type of fish. A great and flavorful spread? Noooo, pate :))

1. Preheat a frying pan. 2. In the meantime, season, salt and lemon the tilapia. 3. Add the spices of the four colours to the pan with the oil. Fry. 4. Then add the tilapia. And add the spring onions. Cook together for about 6 minutes. 5. Remove. 6. Add cream and dijon mustard to the pan, bring to a boil. 7. Add the tilapia and bring back to a boil. 8. Transfer the entire mixture to a food processor. 9. Add the tuna from the can, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice if needed. 10. Blend until smooth. 11. Let set in the refrigerator for 2 hours. 12. Serve. Tastes great with black olives.
