Frenštát škračky

Pork liver fried on onion base, mixed with eggs.

Ingredients:

600 g of pork liver 100 g onions 60 g oil 4 pcs eggplant a little chilli spice cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the chopped onion finely in oil
2. Add diced liver
3. Season with cumin seeds and fry
4. Then add eggs, salt, chili spices and mix everything together.

Recommendation:

Serve with boiled potatoes or bread.
