French Toast with Corn Flakes

If you miss the French metropolis and are partial to sweet breakfasts, try this recipe for crispy French toast served with cottage cheese, fresh fruit and chopped chocolate topped with toasted corn flakes.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 2 pieces whole wheat toasted bread 1 pk eggs 100 g ./td> semisolid curd 15 g Corn flakes Bonavita 50 ml milk 15 ml maple syrup 1 tsp butter organic lemon peel a pinch of gingerbread spice fruit and chocolate to decorate

Procedure:

First, use a fork to whisk the eggs and milk. Then add the maple syrup and gingerbread spice. Mix everything together.

Coat the toasted bread in this mixture on both sides.

Heat butter in a pan and fry the toast on both sides.
