French Schnitzel
A patty of veal, pork or even chicken coated in flour and beaten egg, fried on one side with pieces of ham mixed with egg.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Slice the meat, cut the edges and season with salt
2. Coat the steak in flour, beaten egg and quickly fry on one side
3. Turn, add chopped ham mixed with the rest of the egg from the coating and finish.
Recommendation:
Serve with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
