French potatoes

500 g potatoes 8 pcs egg 2 crucibles cream to taste salt 200 g Eidam cheese

Grease a baking tray for French fries and arrange the sliced potatoes in a baking dish in a single layer.

Salt the potatoes. Peel and cut the hard-boiled eggs into small cubes and add them to the potatoes. Put cream on top of the potatoes to cover the entire top.

Then repeat the same with the remaining prepared ingredients. We put the remaining potatoes that we have sliced, the eggs that we have diced and cover the top of the sliced potatoes with cream.

When we have it all arranged in the baking dish, we put the grated cheese on top and out of the oven.

French potatoes bake at 180 °C for about 1 hour.
