French potatoes with sour cream

ingredients

12 pcs potatoes 15 dkg ham pcs egg 1 pcs sour cream vegeta salt 10 dkg butter 10 dkg Eidam cheese

Line the tray with tin foil, cut in pieces of butter which you salt. Place sliced peeled potatoes on top and season properly

And put the diced ham on top

and sliced hard-boiled eggs, which we salt

Place the potato slices on top again and salt them properly.

In a cup, mix the sour cream with the veggies, if it is too thick, dilute it with a little milk.

6.

Pour the mixture over the potatoes.

7.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place in the oven (200°C) for 45 minutes. If the cheese is toasted and the potatoes are still hard, cover with foil and finish baking.
