French onion soup

A harmony of flavours in the form of a great soup.
Ingredients:
td>white wine
Procedure:
1. Slice the onion and sauté in 1/
2 portions of butter
2. Once the onions turn golden brown, add sugar and continue to sauté until the sugar caramelizes and the onions turn golden
3. Add 1 litre of warm water, a stock cube (masox), pepper, salt and the remaining butter
4. Boil everything for about 20 minutes
5. Splash with wine or vinegar to take away the sweet taste
6. Dry fry the rolls in a frying pan 7. Grate the cheese onto the rolls and bake in the microwave
8. Place the baked rolls and cheese on top of the soup just before serving.
Recommendation:
Wine can be substituted for vinegar.
