French meat broth

1 kg beef bones 1 kg beef ribs 300 g beef 1/2 pk casserole 1 kg root Vegetable Recipes 500 g onion 5 cloves garlic 1 pk leek 10 pk egg to taste salt to taste ground black pepper 4 pk bay leaf some allspice 9 litres cold water

step

1. Pour cold water into a large saucepan, add the bones, ribs, casserole, spices and bring the soup to the boil. Stir in the salt and cook the soup for about an hour. Then add the root Vegetable Recipes, chopped into small pieces. 2. Cook the broth slowly for about 3 hours. When it is ready, strain it through a sieve and let it cool. Serve the broth either on its own or with the cooked root Vegetable Recipes and some meat.
