French Flounder Fillets in Wine Sauce

Fish rolls stuffed with cheese, topped with wine sauce, baked in the oven.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash, dry and salt the fish, then place cheese slices on the fillets and wrap
2. Slice the peeled onion finely, cut the cleaned mushrooms into thin slices and saute both in a pan in melted butter, dust with flour, let it foam for about 2 minutes, then dilute with wine and cream
3. Then stir in the beaten egg yolks, heat the sauce slightly and stir until the sauce thickens, add salt and pepper to taste
4. Place the fish rolls in a greased baking dish, pour the wine sauce over them, place in a preheated oven at 175 °C and bake (about 25 minutes)
5. When serving, garnish with lemon slices and finely chopped parsley and serve with boiled potatoes.
