French apple cake

2 pcs apple 1 pcs pears 250 ml whipped cream 300 g puff pastry dough 50 g plain flour 50 g powdered sugar a little almonds

Super simple apple and pear cake that will surprise with its delicacy.

Clean two apples and one pear, about half a kilo of fruit.

Roll out the dough. And put in a round tin, I used a small rectangular tin (20x25cm). Rinse the mould with cold water, put the dough in it and place the fruit.

Bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mix the flour and icing sugar with the whipped cream.
5.
Remove the cake from the oven and pour the whipped cream topping over the cake.
6.
Sprinkle with almonds and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
