Frankfurt Soup II

Great snack soup set with sausages and potatoes, formerly, in the last century, widely popular in vending machines, buffets and racing canteens.

Ingredients:

1.5 l of beef stock 2 dl sweet cream (or milk) 300 g thin sausages 3-4 pcs potatoes 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pc onions red ground pepper smooth flour lard pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the chopped onions in lard, dust with red pepper and plain flour, fry and pour in the broth
2. Add the peeled, diced potatoes and let them cook
3. Cut the sausages into rounds and fry them in a pan
4. When the potatoes are soft, add the fried sausage rounds, season with grated garlic, pepper and salt
5. 6. Serve the Frankfurt soup with bread.

Recommendation:

Some recipes do not include potatoes!
