350 g peas 4 tbsp whipping cream 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp mint 2 pcs shallots 1 KL sugar chicken broth ground black pepper mint leaves salt

1. Chop the onions finely and fry them in the fat, add the peas and simmer for a while, stirring constantly. Add the sugar, chopped mint and pour in the stock. Season with salt and pepper and cook slowly until the peas are tender. 2. Then blend the soup and pour in the cream and heat, but do not boil anymore. Garnish with small mint leaves before serving.
