Forest mushrooms with onions and garlic
ingredients
1,5 kg mushroom mixture 1 kg onion 2 pcs head of garlic 3 liters water 60 g salt
Infusion:
3 litres water 60 g salt 200 g sugar 20 pcs whole allspice 6 pcs bay leaves

1. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into smaller pieces and boil them for a while in water with salt. Then drain them and rinse them with cold water. 2. In the meantime, cook the brine from all the ingredients and let it cool for a while. In the meantime, put the mushrooms, chopped onion and whole garlic cloves into the jars. Pour the brine over everything, close the jars tightly and sterilise at 85°C for about 30 minutes.
