Food shrimp sauce recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 cup diced onion

1/4 cup diced celery

1/4 cup diced green bell pepper

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup dry white wine

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté shrimp, onion, celery, bell peppers, garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, thyme, oregano, and basil in olive oil until shrimp are pink and vegetables are tender, about 8 minutes. Add tomato sauce, chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over pasta or rice
