Focaccia with rosemary and garlic

ingredients

450 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet dried yeast 1 KL granulated sugar 1/2 KL salt 250 ml lukewarm water 3 tbsp olive oil 100 ml Olive oil for drizzling 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp dried garlic 1 tsp dried rosemary 1 tsp sea salt grains

Delicious Italian bread:

1.

Place the flour, yeast, oil and sugar in a bowl. Add lukewarm water and olive oil. Stir everything together and work into a dough.

Roll out the dough right away ( knead it a little) and put it in a large baking tray. Grease it with oil or line it with paper.

Cover the dough with cling film and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.

Heat the olive oil a little, add the garlic , rosemary and garlic pepper.After it has stood, take off the foil and pour the heated olive oil over the dough. Press down a little with your fingertips and leave to stand for another 15 minutes.

After standing, sprinkle with sea salt and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
