300 g semi-coarse flour 1/2 litre milk 20 g butter 10 g yeast 1 tbsp sugar 1 pk egg to taste salt, lemon zest, fat for baking
procedure
Take 1 cup of the milk, warm it a little and put a spoonful of sugar and yeast. Leave to rise. In the remaining milk, scramble the egg, add salt, melted butter, lemon zest, sugar and sourdough starter. Mix well and leave to rise. Then bake thin pancakes in a greased frying pan.
