Flower buns

ingredients

200 ml warm milk 100 ml warm water 60 ml vegetable oil 30 g butter 2 tbsp granulated sugar 2 pcs egg white 1 packet dried yeast 500 g flour, plain 1 tsp salt

for spreading/h3> melted butter to coat the dough 1 egg yolk to coat 1 tbsp almond chips 1 tbsp sesame seeds

The buns are versatile, suitable for breakfast with hokkaido jam but also savoury with cheese and olives.

First mix all ingredients and knead for 5 minutes

Let rise for an hour and divide the dough into 12 parts.

Patter with egg yolk, sprinkle with almonds and sesame seeds and bake for 15-20 minutes at 185°C.
