Make a dough of flour, eggs, butter, baking powder, milk, form gnocchi and cook in salted water.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Beat softened butter with beaten eggs, a pinch of salt, gradually add flour mixed with baking powder, add milk and work everything well into a thinner dough (than for dumplings)
2. Remove the cooked gnocchi from the water.
Recommendation:
– Serve with meat and sauces.
