Flour Dripping

Soup coating.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of water or milk 50-60 g coarse flour 1 piece of egg

Procedure:

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl with water or milk
2. Add enough coarse flour to form a slightly thickened dough
3. Let it drip slowly through a fork into the simmering soup
4. It will form small irregular noodles in the soup.

Recommendation:

– You can also make the dripping with only two egg whites, then it is pale.
