Florentine Polpety

A dish of minced meat from Italian cuisine, exactly one of its many variants. It is meat rolls seasoned in various ways, coated in flour and then fried in olive oil, finally stewed with Vegetable Recipes in broth and wine.

Ingredients:

500 g ground beef 100 g green beans 2 pcs tomatoes 1 pcs piece of celery 1 pc carrots 1 pc onion 1 pk egg 2 dl bone stew 1 dl white wine lemon juice smooth flour olive oil rosemary butter tr>

Procedure:

  • Mix the minced meat with the chopped onion, season with oregano, rosemary, salt, pepper, combine with the egg, form into rolls, coat these in plain flour and fry on all sides in olive oil, set aside
  • .In a saucepan, sauté the chopped carrots, celery, beans in butter, pour in the stock and wine, add the polpets, simmer covered for 20 minutes
  • Finally, add peeled chopped tomatoes, season with lemon juice, salt, oregano, basil, simmer for 10 minutes
  • Pour the sauce over the polpette on a plate, serve with pasta.
