The secret to this burger is hidden right inside the meat patty – the melty cheddar cheese. Yum!
1. Preheat your grill pan. 2. Meanwhile, prepare the meat by seasoning with salt and pepper and mixing well. 3. Form burgers, place slices of cheddar cheese in the center of each one. 4. Grill on each side for 10 minutes, or until the meat is done. 5. 6. Brush with mustard and layer with arugula, pickle slices and jalapenos. 7. Add grilled flinstone and top with tomato slices. 8. Serve.
