Flíčky with smoked meat II.

Pastas cooked in the broth after boiled pork belly, baked together with pork belly cubes in the oven, topped with egg mixture and baked until golden brown.

Ingredients:

3/4 kg of smoked pork belly 100 g of hard emmental 1 packet medium sized fritters 2 tbsp lard 1 tsp sweet paprika 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 l

td>milk 2 pcs of egg a little curry spice water salt

Procedure:

1. Boil the smoked pork belly and drain off the first water, pour clean hot water over it and cook until tender
2. Remove the soft meat, strain the broth, add water as needed and cook the fritters in it until tender (pasta cooked in broth will be tastier)
3. Grease a baking tray with a spoonful of lard and put the strained, thoroughly drained pasta into it, add the meat cut into small cubes, spices, pepper, salt, the other spoonful of lard, mix everything, smooth the surface and put the fritters in an oven heated to 190-200 °C for 15 minutes
4. Pour the milk into a bowl, whisk it and add 2 eggs, grated emmental on a horseradish grater and stir everything well
5. Remove the baked fritters from the oven, pour the prepared egg topping all over them and continue baking until the surface of the fritters is golden, the dish is ready.

Recommendation:

Serve lettuce topped with yogurt as a side dish.
