Flank steak with coffee-garlic spice blend

coffee seasoning mix

1 tsp coffee 1 tsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 tsp white sugar 1 tsp dried garlic 1 tsp dried onion 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp red ground paprika

1. Wash and pat dry the meat – in our case beef flank steak – on both sides 2. Then rub it with olive oil and a spice blend of coffee and garlic. 3. Preheat a frying pan. 4. Grill the flank steak for 2 minutes on each side, turning a total of 5 times. Brush with butter as needed. 5. Serve with grilled gluten-free bruschetta, mixed salad and ketchup, mustard, jalapeno peppers to taste.
