Fit-soup with spelt gnocchi

coconut oil 2 pcs carrots 1 pcs parsley 1 pcs chicken breast salt 1 pcs baby zucchini 3 pcs potato 2 handfuls red lentils parsley 1 pcs egg plain spelt flour (whole wheat)

Fry the cleaned and chopped carrots and parsley in coconut oil, add the chicken breast, cut into larger pieces, fry and cover with water

Salt a little and let it boil and cook until the carrots are semi-hot, add the sliced zucchini and three larger sliced potatoes.

When the potatoes are almost done, add two handfuls of red lentils and chopped parsley.

Towards the end, make gnocchi (with one egg, a pinch of salt, plain spelt flour and water). When the Vegetable Recipes are ready and so are the gnocchi, the soup can be served.
