Four variations on healthy and tasty pancakes, which always have two ingredients as their base – an egg and a banana.
1.
For basic banana pancakes (1): cut the banana into pieces and place in a bowl
2.
Break the egg into the bowl with the banana and mash the ingredients together with a fork until smooth.
3.
Dump the batter with a spoon into a hot pan with a little oil and form pancakes, which are then fried until brown on both sides.
4.
Pour the maple syrup over the hot pancakes.
5.
For the carrot pancakes (2): Cut the bananas into chunks and place in a bowl.
6.
Add the egg, carrots, yogurt, cinnamon, honey to the bowl with the bananas and mix everything together to make a batter.
7.
Pour the maple syrup over the hot pancakes and garnish with grated carrots.
8.
To make peanut butter pancakes: Place bananas, egg, peanut butter, oatmeal, baking powder, maple syrup, and milk in a blender or food processor.
9.
Mix all the ingredients together well to make a smooth batter
10.
Pour the maple syrup and banana slices over the hot pancakes
11.
For chickpea pancakes: In a large bowl, crack the eggs.
12.
Add flour, baking powder, cottage cheese, maple syrup, blueberries to the bowl with the eggs and mix everything well.
13.
Pour the maple syrup over the hot pancakes and garnish with fresh fruit.
